Shannon Parry Ketcham

Shannon Parry Ketcham, CBAP, currently serves as the Director of Business Technology Solutions at the World Wildlife Fund, leading a team to enhance operational impact through IT project initiatives and process improvements. Ketcham has a diverse background in business analysis and technology implementation, previously holding positions such as Information Technology Business Solutions Manager and Manager of CRM Business Services, where strategic oversight of systems such as Workday and CRM enhancements was provided.
