Lord Leomer Pomperada has extensive experience in leadership and program development, currently serving as the Director for Human Dignity Curriculum Expansion at the World Youth Alliance in the Philippines. Since January 2014, Pomperada has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Executive Director and President, as well as Asia Pacific Regional Director. Previous experience includes working as a Program Assistant for Communication and Development at the Institute for Solidarity in Asia and interning at the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines. Pomperada's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, along with multiple executive programs from Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School focused on nonprofit leadership, performance measurement, and financial stewardship. Pomperada also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs and a Diploma in Professional Event Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
