The Training and Program Development team at the World Youth Alliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and continually improving the organization's educational initiatives. This includes certification programs, trainer development, and regional training sessions aimed at empowering young members with the skills and knowledge to advocate for human dignity and solidarity.
