Shreya Nayak

Shreya Nayak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy, design, and leadership across various sectors. Currently part of the Growth & Design Strategy Team at Accenture since July 2017, Shreya leads initiatives in growth acquisition and experience transformation for clients in hi-tech, financial institutions, and government. Additionally, Shreya serves as a Board Member at Gigl and was recognized as one of McKinsey's Next Generation Women Leaders in 2019. Shreya has spoken at the World Youth Forum, representing Canada, and was named the City of Toronto's 2018 Protégé, mentoring under senior city officials. Shreya also founded the Youth Council at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada and held analytical roles at Diageo, Sun Life Financial, and the U.S. Department of State. Shreya holds an MBA/M.Sc. in Management Science and Global Affairs from Schwarzman Scholars, a Future Leaders Cohort degree from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto.
