Alon N.

Alon N. is an experienced professional with a strong background in youth program management, mental health, and leadership. Currently serving as the Strategic Programs Coordinator at the World Zionist Organization since March 2021, Alon has previously held significant roles, including Head of the NorthWest Region at Krembo Wings and Youth Program Director at Young Judaea. Alon's expertise includes directing large teams, overseeing complex programs for young adults, and managing mental health services in the Israel Defense Forces. Alon holds an MBA in Social Leadership from the Mandel School and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
