Idah Ogoso

Idah joined World Agroforestry in 2009. She manages the human resources function in 35 countries located in Africa, Asia and Latin America,, including but not limited to; recruitment, policy implementation ensuring support to the research agenda, administration of compensation and benefits, talent management, learning and career development.

Idah provides guidance to senior leadership and line managers in relation to human resources best practices and the Centre’s overall strategy in support of its core values. She has more than 18 years’ experience in Human Resources. Previously Idah worked for the Foundation for International Community Assistance in Uganda and for Price Waterhouse Coopers. Idah is a Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) and has an MBA from Makerere University, Kampala. She is a member of the Human Resources Association of Uganda, and a member of the
