Dianne Auld GRP, CCP, CSCP, WLCP, AGRP is a seasoned professional in compensation consulting with extensive experience spanning over three decades. As a WorldatWork Faculty Member since 2005, Dianne teaches various compensation-related classes and develops e-learning products. Dianne is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Auld Compensation Consulting, offering expertise in reward strategies, pay structuring, and advanced Excel skills to clients across Southern Africa and globally. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager: Compensation at Pick n Pay, where advisory on reward policies for over 6000 staff was provided, and Remuneration Consultant at Old Mutual and Unilever, focusing on remuneration strategies and training.
