Octavio del Sol Acebal

Octavio del Sol Acebal is an experienced manufacturing technician and quality inspector, currently working at Medtronic since December 2021. With extensive experience at HeartWare Inc. since February 2011, Octavio has defined and modified assembly processes and performed quality inspections. Previous roles include operator at Nature Flower, where process optimization was a focus, and principal engineer at TRANSOFT CUBA, where Octavio developed and improved processes. Additional experience at Avantec CUBA and the National Center of Scientific Researches contributed to expertise in manufacturing processes and quality control. Octavio holds a Master's Degree in Nuclear Chemical Technology from the Chemical Technological Institute in Moscow and an M.B.A. from the "Jose Antonio Echevarria" Higher Polytechnic Institute in Havana.
