Robert Harguth

Robert Harguth is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer at Medtronic since December 2016, Robert is part of the Release Product Engineering group focused on Mechanical Circulatory Support. Additionally, Robert has been a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer at HeartWare Inc. since December 2015, where the design and manufacture of Ventricular Assist Devices are the primary focus. Prior to these roles, Robert was an Electrical Engineering Fellow at Boston Scientific from September 1994 to November 2014, contributing engineering expertise within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University, earned between 1983 and 1988.
