Alexandra James

Alexandra James is a seasoned professional in product management and marketing with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager in Innovation & Strategy at Worldline since November 2025, Alexandra previously held the position of Senior Manager for Propositions at Westpac from September 2024 to September 2025, focusing on product, marketing, and sustainability. Prior roles include multiple Product Owner roles at Genesis, where responsibilities encompassed data transformation, digital transformation, and loyalty from August 2021 to September 2024. Alexandra's career also includes significant roles at Westpac as Program Lead for Strategic Segmentation and various marketing management positions at Genesis, KPMG New Zealand, Cure Kids, Chandler Macleod NZ, and OCG Consulting Ltd. Alexandra holds a BA (Hons) degree from UCL, completed in 2006.
