Gishan Nissanka

Gishan Nissanka has a varied and extensive work experience spanning a range of industries and roles. Their most recent position was at Worldline as the Global Head of People Intelligence, where they led the development and implementation of a comprehensive people intelligence strategy. Prior to that, they worked at EY, first as the Global People Analytics Consulting Leader and later as the Global People Analytics Manager. In these roles, they managed diverse teams and delivered scalable people analytics solutions using design thinking and agile methodologies. Before EY, Gishan worked at Vodafone, where they held various positions such as HR Systems Implementation Manager and Group HR Analytics Consultant. Gishan also has experience in project management and data analysis from their time at M&E (Pvt) Ltd and LAUGFS Holdings Limited. Additionally, Gishan pursued a Full-Time MBA at Buckinghamshire New University.

Gishan Nissanka completed a Diploma in Strategic Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1999. In 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Information Technology (Msc) at Buckinghamshire New University, which they completed in 2007. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they also obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university.
