Jacques Magat

Jacques Magat has extensive experience in transformation management and strategic business development, currently serving in the Transformation-Management Office & Special Projects at Worldline since September 2010. Key responsibilities include overseeing post-merger integrations and managing special projects, such as the joint venture with Crédit Agricole and HR transformation processes in France. Prior to Worldline, Jacques held roles at BearingPoint as a management consultant and at Fret SNCF, where leadership involved managing freight market divisions. Early career experience includes roles in management control and marketing at Groupe Crédit Agricole. Jacques holds a DESS Executive degree in Transport, Logistics, and Communication from Université Paris-Sorbonne and an ESC degree from Excelia.
