José Mascarenhas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. José started their career at Impresa Publishing as a journalist and multimedia editor, where they worked their way up to a senior journalist. During this time, José showcased their expertise in content creation, curation, and conducting interviews.
Later, José joined OXY Agency as a marketing manager, specializing in B2B and B2C campaigns, lead generation, social media strategy, and customer acquisition. José successfully led projects from conception to execution, aligning strategies with business objectives.
José then moved to Crowd Media as the head of operations, overseeing a team of country managers and driving the company's global market expansion. José successfully launched 25 markets and amplified the company's reach.
After that, José joined TMF Group as the head of marketing, where they managed campaigns for accounting and tax services. José also served as the head of marketing for the EMEA region, driving brand awareness and demand generation. José achieved impressive results, amplifying the sales pipeline and collaborating seamlessly across departments.
Currently, José serves as the global marketing director at Worldline, where they develop go-to-market strategies for digital commerce. José leads a team of 10 members, focusing on customer interaction, content marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.

José Mascarenhas has a Bachelor's degree in Literature with a focus on Communication from the University of Lisbon. José also holds a Master's degree in Communication from the same university. In 2018, they obtained an Associate's Degree, Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. José has additional certifications in digital marketing, including the "Certified Digital Marketing Professional" from the Digital Marketing Institute and "The Digital Garage" from Google. José also has a certification in leadership and management from Corporate Coach Training in London, obtained in 2016.
