Laurent Sicard

Laurent Sicard has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of Department for Edge Engineering at Worldline Global since April 2013, where responsibilities include performance improvements and the integration of contact solutions into the Move 2 Cloud initiative. Previous roles at Worldline include overseeing the Contact Product IT Roadmap and managing international delivery for the Contact Call Center. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Program Manager at Atos International for a major Connected Car Program and fulfilling project management roles at ATOS. Laurent Sicard holds an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from INSA Lyon.
