Soo Nam

Soo Nam leads WorldLink's M&A and Corporate Transactions while overseeing all legal affairs and corporate matters. As General Counsel and business partner to the executive and leadership team, Soo applies her knowledge of the business to provide strategic legal advice and creative solutions to efficiently drive transactions to close. Soo earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. She is licensed with the State Bar of Texas and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Soo also dedicates time to volunteering and providing legal advice to non-profit organizations in the community, including the Greater Dallas Korean American Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the board. Soo is also a talented musician and plays the piano at church.
