Aaron Miki

Aaron Miki, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Tax at World Market, where responsibilities include overseeing the company’s income and indirect tax functions and aligning tax projects with assigned tax managers. Previously, Miki held the position of Senior Tax Manager - Mergers Acquisition at PwC, focusing on tax due diligence engagement teams and identifying potential tax issues in various corporate structures. Other roles include Tax Manager positions at Clifton Douglas, LLP, BBAM US LP, and Senior Tax Associate at Babcock & Brown, where Miki gained extensive experience in tax calculations, compliance, and audit preparation. Miki began a career in finance as a Staff Associate at Perry-Smith LLP and holds a Juris Doctor in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of San Francisco School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco.
