Carolyn Steffen

Carolyn Steffen has extensive experience in inventory management, having served in various roles at World Market since 2002. Starting as an Allocation Analyst, Carolyn progressed to the position of Merchandise Planner, followed by Director of Inventory Management from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, Carolyn was promoted to VP of Inventory Management and also held the role of Senior Director of Inventory Management & Special Projects, during which time involvement included a cross-functional team exploring a total system migration to the parent company platform, a project that was ultimately terminated in mid-2019. Carolyn holds a degree from Mills College.
