Clift Salyer is an experienced buyer with a strong background in home fragrance, candles, and home decor. Currently serving as Buyer for Home Fragrance and Candleholders at Cost Plus World Market since April 2021, Clift has previously held significant positions including Senior Buyer at PIER 1 IMPORTS and Senior Buyer for Garden Pottery & Floral at At Home Group Inc. Notably, as Sr. Vice President for Fragrance Development & Marketing at Belle Aire Creations, Clift directed strategic initiatives to enhance market share. Clift's career spans over two decades, with early roles in merchandising and buying at established retailers such as Bath and Body Works, Belk Department Stores, and Target/Mervyns.
