Donald Harris possesses extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at World Market since February 2008. Throughout this tenure, Donald has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Ecommerce Operations Strategy, Director of Operations/General Manager, and Senior Flow Manager, focusing on continuous process improvement and the implementation of labor standards and management systems. Prior to joining World Market, Donald worked at Dollar Tree Stores from June 1991 to 2008, where responsibilities included Vendor Development Manager, along with various roles such as Order Fill Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, Outbound Operations Manager, and Pick Slot Manager, contributing significantly to the logistics and distribution team.
