Gina Joaquin

Gina Joaquin serves as the Sr Director of Technology Operations at World Market since September 2025, bringing extensive experience from prior roles, including AVP of Information Systems at SonicWall and Sr Director of IT Operations at Rodan + Fields. With a background that includes Director of Infrastructure Engineering at Rodan + Fields and Solutions Architect/Manager at Franklin Templeton Investments, Gina has been instrumental in developing and executing global technology vision and strategies, leading architecture design, and defining strategies across multiple domains. Responsibilities have encompassed mentoring technology professionals, managing complex production issues, and overseeing financial planning and resource forecasting, all while maintaining a focus on data center technologies and operational excellence. Gina holds a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University.
