Jane Baughman

Jane Baughman is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in both private equity and public companies. Since February 1996, Jane has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at World Market. Previous roles include President and Chief Financial Officer of a division of a public company, along with various executive financial positions in public companies, such as Senior Vice President of Financial Operations and Vice President of Finance. Prior to World Market, Jane held the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis position at The Nature Company and worked at Gap Inc. and Dillon Read & Co. Inc. as a Financial Analyst and Manager. Jane began a career in retail finance as a Buyer at Federated Department Stores (Jordan Marsh). Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from The College of Wooster, earned in 1988.
