Don J. Wood, MBA, CVA, MAFF, provides financial management, forensic analysis, and economic/regulatory analysis services in technology-driven industries. They currently serve as Chief Financial Officer at WorldNet Telecommunications LLC and are the Principal Partner at Wood & Wood Consulting, Inc., which focuses on forensic and financial/economic analysis as well as project management and regulatory support. Don has held management roles at BellSouth Telecommunications, MCI, and Herndon Solutions Group, where they oversaw corporate operations. They have presented expert testimony before numerous regulatory bodies and courts, showcasing their expertise as a Certified Valuation Analyst and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics.
