Jose J Vazquez

Jose J Vazquez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jose J started their career at UnitedHealth Group in 1996 as an Account Analyst, where they managed past due accounts and maintained customer relations. Jose J then moved on to Movistar in 1999 and held various positions, including Credit, Billing & Collections Coordinator, Billing and Collections Supervisor, and eventually Revenue Assurance Manager. At Movistar, they implemented processes for data integrity and supervised a team of representatives. In 2005, they joined WorldNet as the Business & Financial Operations Director, where they trained and supervised account managers and representatives in finance and operations. Jose J also handled recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Jose J Vazquez completed their high school education from Colegio Nuestra Señora del Pilar between 1985 and 1990, obtaining a High School diploma. Later, they attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management. In addition to their formal education, Jose also obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from an institution in San Juan, PR in October 2012.
