Head of People & Operations at Worldpackers

Caroline Pereira has a wealth of experience in the fields of marketing, operations, and teaching. Caroline began their career in 2011 as an English Teacher at The British Academy - English School. In 2014, they joined Suzano Pulp and Paper as a Marketing & Digital Analyst, where they were responsible for the communication actions regarding the Paper Business Unit products, including the development and execution of communication plans and the creation of direct communication strategies. In 2018, they joined Worldpackers as Head of People & Operations, where they were responsible for establishing and leading the Community Team, working on Customer Experience & Customer Success strategies, and developing strategies, processes, and communication materials related to user Acquisition, Activation, and Retention. Caroline also held the role of Hosts Account Manager, responsible for hosts lifecycle on the platform.

Caroline Pereira obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from a variety of institutions, including Reforge, Perestroika, LinkedIn, Product School, Google Actívate, IBPAD, Microlins Franchising, and the University of Cambridge. These certifications include User Insights for Product Decisions Program (2021), Retention + Engagement Deep Dive Program (2021), Memorável - O Jeito Perestroika de Criar Experiências (2021), BUG - Introdução sobre Adaptação Intencional (2020), Conflict Resolution Foundations (2020), Design Thinking: Customer Experience (2020), Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products (2020), Curso Básico de Marketing Digital (2017), Monitoramento de Mídias Sociais (2016), Métricas para Comunicação Digital (2016), Análise de Dados e BI para Planners (2016), Estratégias de Marketing para Empresas B2B (2016), and Webdesign (2012). Caroline has also obtained a First Certificate in English (FCE) and a Preliminary English Test (PET) from the University of Cambridge.
