Giulia Spadaro

Giulia Spadaro has been working in the travel and hospitality industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Travel Agent for Expedia Group, outsourced by Teleperformance. In this role, they proactively assisted customers in finding new accommodations and solved any other travel-related services when overbooking occurred. Giulia also acted as a mediator between customers and the accommodation provider, making sure that the relocation costs were similar to or higher than the original booking while maintaining a high-quality service.

In 2017, Giulia began working as an Account Manager and Sales Executive B2B/B2C for Uniplaces. In this role, they reached out to landlords and agencies in English, Italian and Portuguese through cold-calling, presenting, negotiating and selling Uniplaces services. Giulia also managed accounts focusing on quality control of listings and trained clients to improve their user experience during the rental process.

In 2018, Giulia began working as an Affiliate Marketing for Worldpackers.

In 2019, Giulia founded OláLisboa, where they specialize in European Portuguese, CAPLE exam preparation, Portuguese language lessons, translations, and travel, job, workaway, Erasmus, internship and retirement to Portugal advices.

Giulia Spadaro attended LSD - Lisbon School of Design from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Web Design and Programming. In 2020, they earned a Diploma Universitário de Português Língua Estrangeira (DUPLE) from the University of Lisbon.
