Ricardo Lima

Ricardo Lima began their career in 2007 as an Equity Research Analyst at Santander Asset Management. In 2009, they moved to Itau BBA to take on a similar role. In 2011, they left their job to embark on a Sabatical Trip around the World, exchanging skills for accommodation in over 50 countries. This experience inspired him to create Worldpackers, a Global Marketplace connecting people in search of purpose and social impact, which they founded in 2013 in San Diego. Ricardo currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of the platform, which offers travel experiences in nearly 100 countries worldwide.

Ricardo Lima completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2009, after studying there from 2005.
