Ha Dung Tran

Ha Dung Tran began their work experience in 2013 as an Audit Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2013, they also joined Prudential Vietnam Assurance as an Actuarial Management Trainee, where they handled manual calculations, system set up, and financial reporting. Ha Dung then moved on to become an Actuarial Analyst at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. in 2014, where they were responsible for Solvency-II reporting, reinsurance, and modeling. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at the same company, focusing on asset liability management, financial risk, and actuarial projects. In 2018, Ha Dung Tran joined WorldQuant as a Websim Researcher before progressing to the positions of Quantitative Researcher, Senior Quantitative Researcher, and currently holds the role of Vice President of Research.

Ha Dung Tran completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Quantitative Finance at the University of Strathclyde from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Ha Dung Tran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Business Management from Hanoi Foreign Trade University. Starting in 2014, Ha Dung Tran began progress in Actuarial Exams, but no end year or degree name is specified for this.
