Xuehua L.

Xuehua L. serves as Vice President of Research at WorldQuant since January 2020. Previously, Xuehua held the position of Quant Researcher at a quantitative fund from January 2018 to December 2019 and worked as a Trading Analyst and Quant Trader at Synergy Link Capital from July 2014 to December 2017, focusing on trading OSE/CME/SGX products. Xuehua also served as a Strategy Developer and Risk Manager at Shanghai Linfu Capital from August 2012 to March 2014, where responsibilities included developing arbitrage strategies, setting up risk management monitors, and conducting P&L analyses. Xuehua began the career as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore, investigating statistical methods in Functional Data Analysis from August 2011 to July 2012. Xuehua holds a PhD in Functional Data Analysis and Linear Models from the National University of Singapore and a BS in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from the University of Science and Technology of China.
