WorldReach Software helps ensure traveller safety and security worldwide through its systems for immigration, border management, passport issuance and consular organizations. WorldReach supplies secure eID/Travel Document issuance, remote identity verification services and consular software, including best practices and the Know Your Traveller™ (KYT) innovative platform/processes.

Similar to the Financial industry’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process of a business identifying and verifying the identity of its clients for banking transactions, WorldReach’s Know Your Traveller™ (KYT) is a highly secure and user-friendly innovative identity verification process for: Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA); eVisa; Visa; Registered Traveller Programs; online passport renewal; airport security facilitation programs and digital services delivery. KYT was presented to government travel document expert members of ICAO’s New Technology Working Group in Amsterdam in April 2017.

WorldReach's consular solutions help to extend a government's reach of assistance to citizens in need across geographic borders and time zones. They strive to increase service quality, offer innovative solutions and apply best practices to achieve improved effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of consular services. They have the longest-running and most internationally deployed consular management solutions in the world.
