Jon Payne

Jon Payne joined the Senior Management team in 2018 and is now the Executive Director, Global Partnerships at WorldReach Software. He has over 25 years’ experience in immigration policy and operations, including serving at the UK Home Office as Director, Visa Services in the Americas, UK delegate to the EU asylum working group, and Chief of Staff at the UK Border Agency.

Mr. Payne also served at FCO as Deputy Consul General, New York, and Deputy Head of Mission, Kabul. After leaving government, he worked as director of CSC’s global citizen services centre of excellence, and US general manager at Intercede, the digital identity specialist.
