Leslie Tettey

Leslie has over 15 years of experience in project management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and institutional capacity building in social development. He has served in various leadership capacities within the education sector in Ghana.

Leslie’s experience includes five years of providing project management leadership in strategic MEL and Capacity building support for government monitoring systems in education in Ghana under the USAID/Ghana Partnership for Education – Evaluation Systems Activity, where he served as the Deputy Chief of Party/Senior Capacity Building Specialist for Social Impact.

He has seven years experience in project management leadership and coordination of civil society policy advocacy for improved education service delivery and outcomes, as the National Co-ordinator for the Ghana National Education Campaign and eight years of project management in population and reproductive health support programs with the National Population Council of Ghana.

He holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Ghana and M.A. in Population Studies from the Regional Institute for Population Studies, University of Ghana.
