Francesc Agüera

Francesc Agüera has held a variety of positions in the engineering and product development fields over the past fifteen years. In 2006, they began their career as a Project Engineer at Premo Group. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Project Engineer and PhD student at CITCEA-UPC, where they received training in mechatronic systems and power electronics. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Project Manager and HW Engineer at CINERGIA, Control Intel.ligent de l'Energia, working on high power tailored power electronics solutions. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an Engineering Manager at PPT, responsible for launching new products and managing product changes for TIER 1 customers. Francesc currently serves as a Product Operation Manager at Worldsensing, a position they have held since 2022.

Francesc Agüera obtained their Ingeniero Técnico Industrial in Electrónico from Escola Universitària d'Enginyeria Tècnica Industrial de Barcelona (EUETIB) from 2003 to 2007. Francesc then went on to pursue a Máster Ingeniería Electrónica from Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyeria de Telecomunicació de Barcelona (ETSETB) from 2008 to 2010, and also obtained their Ingeniero Electrónico from the same institution from 2007 to 2010.
