Nick Lumatalale

Competition Designer For Skills Heroes & Skills Talents at WorldSkills Netherlands

Nick Lumatalale is an experienced educator and cultural entrepreneur with a diverse background in creative media, game technologies, and graphic design. Currently serving as a Study Advisor and Senior Lecturer at Hanze since August 2018, Nick is also active as a member of the CMI Admission Committee and has held various research and teaching roles. Involvement with WorldSkills International began in December 2020 as a faculty member for the Experts Faculty. Nick has contributed to WorldSkills Netherlands as a Competition Designer since 2015 and has been leading the Karang Foundation, promoting Moluccan arts and culture since 2009. Previous roles include Senior Teacher at Deltion College and Graphic Design Expert for the Netherlands in international competitions. Nick holds a Master of Education from Windesheim and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Willem de Kooning Academie.

Onze visie is om jongeren te inspireren en te motiveren voor beroepsonderwijs en vakmanschap. Vakwedstrijden staan hierbij centraal. Deze worden in samenwerking met onze partners georganiseerd op scholen of op beroepenevenementen. We geven jongeren hiermee de kans te excelleren in hun vak.
