Karl Wenninger

Karl Wenninger is a seasoned Studio Audio Engineer and Sound Designer, with extensive freelance experience since January 2003, specializing in audio recording and mixing across various genres, including jazz, rock, metal, EDM, and pop. Wenninger has also worked with the Brooklyn Historical Society as an A1 and AV technician since September 2018, managing audio for educational and corporate events. At WorldStage, Inc., since April 2017, responsibilities have included assisting in the installation of audio and video equipment for live events. Additionally, Wenninger served as an Adjunct Professor at The New School from 2006 to 2015, teaching Pro Tools applications, and held a position as Program Administrator and Associate Professor at Touro College from 2003 to 2014, where curriculum development impacted over 1,000 students. Wenninger holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jazz/Jazz Studies from The New School.
