Jennifer Little has a diverse work experience. Jennifer started their career at Barnes & Noble in 2003, where they worked as a Department Manager until 2004. Jennifer then moved on to Kohl's Department Stores, where they worked as an Assistant Operations Manager from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, Jennifer worked as an Archival Intern at James Madison's Montpelier. Jennifer joined Worldstrides Capstone Programs in 2007, initially as a Business Development Manager for College & University Programs. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Director of Program Development/Senior Internal Sales Specialist and Trainer.
