Rebekah Neale- McDonald

Rebekah Neale-McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rebekah worked at WorldStrides as a Sales Director, leading a sales team and achieving outstanding results. Rebekah also served as an Inside Sales Representative-Team Lead at the same company, where they exceeded annual sales goals, managed accounts, and recovered business during travel bans. Prior to that, Rebekah worked as a Counselor at WinShape Camps, supervising and leading activities for groups of girls. Rebekah also gained experience as a National Recruitment-Student Worker and President of the Marching Band at Liberty University. Additionally, they worked as an HR Intern at GuideStone Financial Resources, where they were involved in resume screening and process improvement. Rebekah also interned at Wealth Generations, assisting with long-term marketing plans. Rebekah started their career as a Youth Intern at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, where they organized activities, mentored, and led Bible studies for middle school girls.

Rebekah Neale-McDonald completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing at Liberty University from 2012 to 2016.
