Jalaina Davis

Jalaina Davis is a Learning And Development Experience Specialist at WorldVue since May 2021, where responsibilities include conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and designing engaging training programs, including e-learning modules and workshops. Previously, Jalaina served as a Trainer, devising technical training programs and creating two new sets of training materials monthly. Prior experience includes roles at Best Buy as Lead Customer Service Specialist and at American Home Shield as a Customer Service Representative. Jalaina is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, expected to graduate in July 2024.
