Matthew Ahlers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the call center industry. Currently serving as President & CEO of Worldwide Call Centers, Inc. since December 1998, Matthew leads a consulting firm that combines Internet and social marketing with call center expertise. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions in business development, including VP of Business Development at Influent and Business Development Director at L&S TeleServices. Matthew began the career as Inbound Telemarketing Product Manager at Midco Connections. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
