Joanna Reeder has a significant amount of experience in the clinical research industry. Joanna began their career at Omnicare Clinical Research in 1995, where they held the positions of Vice President of Project Management and Vice President of Global Clinical Trial Management. During their time at Omnicare, Joanna was responsible for managing client relationships, providing expertise in therapeutic and clinical development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Joanna remained at Omnicare until 2010. In 2011, Joanna joined INC Research as the Executive Director of Clinical Development, where they provided operational leadership for clinical projects and promoted teamwork within and between departments. Joanna later became the Vice President of Clinical Development at INC Research in 2015. Joanna's most recent role is with Worldwide Clinical Trials, where they joined in 2018 as the Vice President of Project Management before being promoted to Senior Vice President in 2023.

Joanna Reeder earned an MSc degree in Toxicology from Birmingham City University in 1984. Prior to that, they attended Stroud Girls High School in Stroud, Glos from 1975 to 1981, but did not earn a degree or study a specific field.
