Joanna Tym has extensive work experience in the clinical trials and pharmaceutical industries. Joanna started their career as a Medical Representative at Schering Plough CEAG in 1998 and then moved on to AstraZeneca as a Senior Specialist Medical Representative in 2000. After that, they worked as a Clinical Trial Coordinator at Nordic Management of Clinical Trials Poland (NMCT) from 2007 to 2008. Joanna then joined Roche Polska Sp. z o. o. as a Medical Representative specialized in oncology and hematology from 2008 to 2009. Joanna then worked as a CRA at Gregmed CRO Company from 2009 to 2010 before joining Worldwide Clinical Trials. At Worldwide Clinical Trials, Joanna held various roles including SCRA from 2010 to 2019, Lead CRA from 2019 to 2021, Senior Clinical Trial Manager from 2021 to 2021, Manager of Clinical Operations Site Management from 2021 to 2023, and currently serves as the Franchise Lead for Clinical Operations Site Management.
Joanna Tym earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biotechnology from the Medical University of Gdańsk and the University of Gdańsk between 1993 and 1998.
