Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy M.D., Ph.D. has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience in leadership roles. In 1999, they became President of Ingenix Pharmaceutical Services, a position they held until 2004. Following this, they joined TorreyPines Therapeutics as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Drug Discovery & Development, where they served until 2007. In 2008, Dr. Murphy joined Worldwide Clinical Trials as their Chief Medical and Scientific Officer, a position they still hold.

Michael Murphy completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees in Medicine and Pharmacology at Tulane University School of Medicine. Michael then pursued further education by completing a Psychiatry Residency Program at Stanford University School of Medicine and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
