Paula Penney

Paula Penney has a diverse work experience in the clinical research field. Paula started their career as a Clinical Study Coordinator at the Canadian Heart Research Centre in 1998 and later worked as a Clinical Research Associate at Endpoint Research, where they were responsible for onsite management and site closing. Paula then joined Boehringer Ingelheim Canada as a Manager of Clinical Field Operations, where they developed processes for hiring, training, and managing the Clinical Field Operations team. Paula then moved to inVentiv Health Clinical as a Director of Program Delivery, specializing in Neuroscience. Paula'smost recent position was as an Executive Director, Franchise Area Lead, and Portfolio Leader at Worldwide Clinical Trials, where they focused on Alzheimer's Disease and cognition.

Paula Penney has a background in nursing, having studied at George Brown College and Ryerson University, where they obtained a B.Sc.N degree. Paula has also pursued studies in organizational leadership at the Schulich School of Business - York University. Additionally, Paula has completed the BetterUp Lead program.
