Stacie Alexander

Stacie Alexander, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and shared services. Stacie is currently the Vice President of Global Total Rewards and People Services at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards and People Services at the same company from June 2020 to December 2022. Stacie also has experience in HR operations, having held the role of Senior Director of Global HR Shared Services at Worldwide Clinical Trials from April 2015 to June 2020. Before joining Worldwide Clinical Trials, Stacie worked at Red Hat as the Senior Manager of HR Shared Services from April 2014 to April 2015. Stacie also spent several years at Nortel, where they held various roles including Director of Global Human Resources Shared Services, Senior Manager of Global Workforce Human Resources Administration, Senior Manager of the HR Contact Center, Vendor Manager, and Process Improvement Prime. Stacie began their career at Barnes & Noble as an Assistant Store Manager and Operations Manager.

Stacie Alexander, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Iowa State University and a Master's Degree in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Stacie also holds the additional certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
