Justin Lear is an experienced event professional currently serving as Event Director - Fests at Worldwide Events since November 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Event Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at 2BUK DMC from November 2016 to October 2022, where Justin progressed from Account Executive to Senior Account Manager, focusing on bespoke proposals for inbound corporate incentive groups in the UK. Additional roles include ski instructing at Whistler Blackcomb, bartending at The Museum Inn and various high-profile events, healthcare assistance at Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and coaching at Bryanston School. Justin holds a Biology degree from Newcastle University, completed in 2015.

Events are held around the world, bringing together buyers and suppliers for three days of meetings, networking, social events and destination discovery activities. Private Luxury Events Focusing on the Leisure sector, Private Luxury Events introduce the elite of the luxury travel industry, allowing them to bond through targeted meetings and networking activities. Private Luxury focuses on high-end luxury products.
