Justin Lear

Justin Lear is an experienced event professional currently serving as Event Director - Fests at Worldwide Events since November 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Event Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at 2BUK DMC from November 2016 to October 2022, where Justin progressed from Account Executive to Senior Account Manager, focusing on bespoke proposals for inbound corporate incentive groups in the UK.
