Brendan Malloy possesses extensive experience in freight and customer service operations, currently serving as the Manager of Freight Operations at Worldwide Express since April 2023. Previously, Brendan held various roles at Worldwide Express, including Team Lead and Enterprise Account Specialist, where notable achievements included reducing response times and managing significant customer accounts generating substantial revenue. Prior to this, Brendan worked at Southeastern Freight Lines as a Customer Service Administrator II and at Buena Vista Concessions Inc. in multiple leadership and coordination roles. Brendan’s foundational experience in customer service began at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, where responsibilities included managing room reservations and training staff. Brendan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's Degree from Seminole State College of Florida.
