William R. Talbert Jr. is an experienced operations and manufacturing manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in the oilfield and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Worldwide Oilfield Machine since September 2022, Talbert focuses on developing strategic plans for growth and overseeing plant production goals. Previous roles include Manufacturing Manager at BLUE JAX, Director of Manufacturing at Atlas Pressure Control, and Director of Machining at Innovex, where responsibilities encompassed production oversight, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Talbert also has hands-on programming experience with CNC machines and has managed teams to optimize production flow and ensure safety and quality standards. Talbert's educational background includes studies at Palomar College from 2009 to 2011.
