Melissa Middaugh (Willock)

Melissa Middaugh (Willock) has extensive work experience in program development and management roles. Melissa started their career in 2002 with the Peace Corps, where they worked as a Natural Resource Management specialist until 2004. Melissa then joined Food for the Hungry, Inc. in 2006 as a Child Development Program Manager, a role they held until 2008. In 2010, Melissa returned to Food for the Hungry, Inc. as a Child Development Program Manager until 2011. Melissa'smost recent role is with the Worldwide Orphans Foundation, where they served as a Program Development Consultant from June 2011 to December 2014, and then as the Chief Program Officer starting from January 2015.

Melissa Middaugh (Willock) obtained their Bachelor's Degree in History and Religious Studies from Northern Arizona University from 1996 to 2001. Melissa pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2010. Continuing their education, Melissa completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in International Psychology at The Chicago School from 2014 to 2017.
