Joe Grzywinski

Jozef Grzywinski has extensive experience in recruitment and business development within the Maritime, Oil & Gas, and Construction industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions since June 2023, Jozef leads the business development initiatives for the offshore division. Prior to this, Jozef worked at MNR Recruitment from July 2019 to June 2023 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in providing candidates for Maritime and Oil & Gas sectors. Jozef's career at WRS began in June 2014 as a Recruitment Consultant focused on Maritime before progressing to Key Account and Business Development Manager by December 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Debt Management Consultant at O2 (Telefónica UK) from June 2013 to June 2014. Jozef holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient History from The University of Manchester.
