Matthew Nichols has extensive work experience in the field of network and systems engineering. Matthew started their career at Precision Multiple Controls in 1986 as a Shipping Manager, responsible for coordinating and managing shipping operations. In 1991, they joined MSI Communications, Inc. as a Senior Field Engineer, where they worked until 2002. During their time at MSI Communications, Inc., they gained experience in field engineering and provided support for various projects.

In 2002, Matthew joined MSI Services as a Senior Network Engineer. Matthew worked in this role for eight years before transitioning to Worldwide Supply in 2010. At Worldwide Supply, they held the positions of Director of IT and Senior Network and Systems Engineer. As the Director of IT, they managed projects related to network and systems and analyzed business needs to design and implement solutions. In their role as Senior Network and Systems Engineer, they continued to provide support and manage projects on multiple architectures.

In 2015, Matthew moved to Worldwide Services, where they currently serve as a Senior Network and Systems Engineer. Their main responsibilities include analyzing business needs, designing, implementing, and supporting network and system solutions.
