Philip J. Suess

Philip J. Suess has over 35 years of experience in the corporate world. Philip J. started their career in 1983 as an Investment Analyst at MorAmerica Capital, Inc. In 1985, they joined D. C. Taylor Co. as a Sales Representative, and was promoted to Vice President - Production in 1987. In 2012, they moved to Vice President HR/Finance, Treasurer, and in 2018 they were promoted to President & COO. In December 2018, they joined Worley Warehousing, Inc. as COO & CFO and Process Improvement Specialist. During their tenure at D. C. Taylor Co., they achieved a 40% return on equity and revenues exceeding $55 million nationwide. Philip J. also instituted a strict safety policy, enforcing zero tolerance to create a safe workplace, inspiring employee appreciation and decreasing insurance claims by 50%. At Worley Warehousing, Inc., they successfully navigated a business transition and is now going forward at full speed.

Philip J. Suess obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, General from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business between 1976 and 1981. Philip J. then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa between 1980 and 1982.
